Dahlia Tapas Tequila & Wine: Experience Exceptional Dining in Phoenix

Oh my goodness! What a find! This is the best restaurant we have been to in years. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. The best bite of food was the Spanish Dates paired with the pickled veggies were problematically delicious. But make no mistake, everything we ate was amazing. The drinks were all great, unique. The drink of the evening was the Como La Flor. A perfect balance of sweet, tart and wonderfully floral. You need to make it a point to get here!!

This place is hands down five out five for many reasons. Food is of god quality and well made: from lamp chops, steaks, croquettes, to simple dishes like grilled veggies or bread with homemade garlic tomato sauce. It has a variety of wine and tequila options and an extensive cocktail list. Bonus point: the friendly and thoughtful staff! When I first visited the server was quick to realize that I did not like the first drink I ordered (too sweet for my taste) and actively offered to remove it from the bill.

I absolutely loved this place!!! Great service and great food!!! The asparagus salad was amazing!!!!!! The octopus carpaccio was so good and buttery it is so flavorful and tasty!! All the servers were very nice and welcoming I really recommend this place! They make you feel very comfortable and special!! Loved it so much

This place is super cozy! 4 of us went for a family celebration. Their drink menu rocks. They are both pretty-looking and tasty. This was my first time at a Tapas place, I will say I had a great initiation and experience . The service here is top notch Overall its a great place to have a chill experience or celebrate with loved ones

Dahlia Tapas is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a night of delicious small plates and expertly crafted cocktails. We started with the shaved asparagus salad, which was light, refreshing, and full of bright flavors. The yellowtail crudo was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated, and had the perfect balance of citrus and spice. The highlight of the night was definitely the lamb chops--cooked to perfection with a tender, juicy center and just the right amount of seasoning. To top it all off, we indulged in some craft tequila cocktails, which were expertly mixed and packed with bold, smooth flavors. The bartenders clearly know their stuff! Service was fantastic--attentive, friendly, and well-paced. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Dahlia Tapas is a must-visit for anyone looking for an elevated yet approachable dining experience. We'll definitely be back!

This was by far the best meal I’ve had in forever! Every single dish that we got was insane! All of the cocktails were incredible. Yes, I had four. I would’ve had more, but I was really full. The octopus is insane, so are the anchovies and the dates will blow your mind and the croquettes are the only thing that you want in life! But do not forget about that asparagus salad because it seems super weird, but it is shaved asparagus, and basically a pistachio lemon lime pesto and it is insane and is incredible. Get it over regret yourself

Me and my wife came here for our anniversary, and I set our reservations right at 5pm when they opened to which we got there a little early and they were nice enough to let us come in and use the bathroom. After that we got seated, then as we waited for them to set up, I walked around and took pictures and will say although it's in an older house everything was nicely set and cozy!...I liked the lighting and everything, it was simple but cozy and romantic in a sense inside and outside. As the waiter took our order I went with the Argentinian Beef Ribeye which was a 20oz Ribeye with grilled onions and the dipping sauces were Salsa Roja & Chimichurri. The Ribeye and dipping sauces were delicious....but...I was hoping that there would be a side/sides like brussel sprouts, asparagus or a baked potatoe or a fried corn or something...Nothing but a little bit of grilled onions. My wife ordered The Tostada Trio which was 3 different tostadas that were vegetarian except the chicken tostada. They were Chipotle Chicken Tinga, Harissa glazed carrot, & Creamy Avocado Tostada. I tried all 3 and they were interesting!...in a good way. The drinks were good as well, we had the "La Cantabria"-Dharma gin, Bitter Truth Violet Liqeuer Lemon, Agave & the "Guavalajara"- Mezcal, Aperitivo, Guava Puree, Lime Agave (Which was basically a Margarita). It was a bit pricey but the food was good as well as the drinks. The dessert was like a dark chocolate cheesecake without flour which was pretty good. If your in the mood for something different give Dahlia Tapas Tequila & Wine a try!
